b. Rule 55 – Branch General Meetings
c. Rule 69 – Dual Offices
d. Rule 53 – Branch Funds and Property
e. Rule 94 – Transitional Rule Arising from the 2020/2021 Rule Changes Regarding National and Branch Officers
f. Rule 95 – Financial Management of the SA/NT Branch
g. Rule 92 – Life Membership and membership continuity – HSU East Branch
h. Rule 56 – Workplace Committees (Sub Branches) and Representatives
i. Rule 57 – Sub Branches – NSW/ACT/QLD Branch
j. Rule 26 – National Secretary
k. Addition of a new Rule 91 – Auditing of Membership Data
l. Addition of a new Rule 94 – Branch Duties to Disclose Enquiries and Investigations
m. Rule 74 – Financial Responsibilities of Officers
n. Rule 75 – Finance Committee of the Union and the Branches
A notice in accordance with Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
