The Health Services Union has made application to the Fair Work Commission for an alteration to the following rules:

d. Rule 55 – Branch General Meetings
e. Rule 54- Charging of Branch Officers
f. Rule 82 – National Auditor
g. Rule 67 – Alteration of Rules
h. Rule 93 – Victorian No 1 Branch Property

d. Rule 55 – Branch General Meetings
e. Rule 54- Charging of Branch Officers
f. Rule 82 – National Auditor
g. Rule 67 – Alteration of Rules

A notice in accordance with Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
