One of the main aims of the Health Services Union is to make sure members have access to the vocational and professional training they require at work or to allow themselves to take on new responsibilities or a new job.
Training is also important for members who are keen to become more involved in their workplace and learn what it takes to be a successful delegate or to help others who need representation and support.
