Victorian Allied Health Professionals - Christmas Eve Update

A new Victorian Health Professionals update has been issued today (Christmas Eve 2007).
Following further proceedings in the Federal Court today (Monday 24 December) the Court has issued interlocutory orders, to apply to 7.00 am on 18 January or further order, that no industrial action by allied health professionals, in the workplaces noted below, take place.
Consequently members and delegates are directed to continue to "lift all bans, limitations and restrictions" on the performance of work and all other industrial action at "Austin Health, Barwon Health, Bayside Health, Melbourne Health, Northern Health, Southern Health, Western Health, Eastern Health and St Vincent's Hospital (Melbourne) Limited."
