Join Al Gore in Bali

Former US Vice President Al Gore is going to Bali to present the United Nation's Climate Change conference with a petition from the world calling for a visionary global treaty to be completed and brought into effect by 2010.
AL Gore says, "this petition shows our commitment to solutions to the climate crisis. Please add your voice today and urge your friends to add theirs. The time for action is now. Only together can we make the change."
Al Gore's visionary treaty calls for delegates in Bali to adopt a bold mandate for a treaty that establishes a universal global cap on emissions and uses the market in emissions trading to efficiently allocate resources to the most effective opportunities for speedy reductions.
The former Vice President goes on to say, "this treaty should be ratified and brought into effect everywhere in the world by the beginning of 2010 - two years sooner than presently contemplated. The pace of our response must be accelerated to match the accelerating pace of the crisis itself."
