ACTU National Competition for Students

The Australian Council of Trade Unions Worksite for Schools website (www.worksite.actu.asn.au) is currently running a national competition for students - Investigating Wages and Working Conditions.
To enter, students must choose a job and write about the wages and working conditions that would apply for this job, as well as come up with creative ideas to improve these conditions.
There is $100 for the student winner, $25 for the three runners-up and $25 for the winner of special effort. More information and an entry form can be obtained from the website - www.worksite.actu.asn.au. Deadline is Thursday 17 June 2004.
