RCA Non Union Agreement -- REMEMBER TO VOTE NO

HSU members in Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria have so far determined that they will vote no to a proposed non union collective agreement put to staff by the company last week.

The HSU, ANF and LHMU have held meetings with staff across the RCA facilities and the overwhelming message is that they will reject the agreement which slashes conditions and to which they have had no input.

Many workers lost faith in the prospect of getting a fair agreement after the Unions were ejected from negotiations in November.

It is important for all workers to speak about this agreement with their fellow workers and remember to vote against this sub standard agreement.

The vote opens at 6.00am Friday the 1st of February and closes at 8.00pm the same night.

THE HSU RECOMMENDS THAT RCA WORKERS VOTE NO!
