Notice of Application for the Certification of alterations to the Registered Rules of the Health Services Union

Notice is hereby given in accordance with regulation 126 (2) of the of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 that the Health Services Union has lodged with the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission a notice of alteration of the Registered Rules of the Health Services Union under s 159 (1) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.

The substance of the application is to alter the rules of the Health Services Union to ensure that the rules are not inconsistent with the requirements of Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Amendment Act 2016 in relations to:

  • Rule 85 – Disclosure of Remuneration and Non-Cash Benefits by Officers
  • Rule 86 – Disclosure of Remuneration Paid to the Highest Paid Officers
  • Rule 87 – Disclosure of Material Personal Interests
  • Rule 88 – Disclosure of Payments
  • Rule 91 – Training of Officers
